All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Since many of our products involve delicate handwork or finishing (polishing/charak), a slight delay may occur to ensure quality.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
• In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted courier services (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC) to ensure timely delivery.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally! We want the elegance of Jayanti Textiles to reach every corner of the world.

• Carriers: We use DHL / FedEx for international shipments.
• Timeline: International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
• Customs & Duties: Jayanti Textiles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Jayanti Textiles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
