Cancellation Policy

At Jayanti Textiles, we aim to dispatch your orders promptly to ensure you receive your beautiful fabrics on time. However, we understand that plans change. Below is our policy on order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order strictly within 24 hours of placing it or before the item has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• Once the 24-hour window has passed, or if the shipment label has been generated, the order cannot be canceled.
• If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a Return (please refer to our Refund & Return Policy).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm your cancellation request via email within 12 business hours.

3. Custom & Tailored Orders

Since these items are customized to your specific measurements, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, cancellation is not possible for customized items once they move to the “In Processing” stage.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: The order will simply be canceled, and no charges will apply.

5. Cancellation by Jayanti Textiles

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or failed quality check.
• Inaccurate or insufficient address details provided by the customer.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

In such cases, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be initiated immediately.
