Refund & Return Policy

At Jayanti Textiles, we are committed to offering you the finest handloom fabrics and ethnic wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a straightforward 7-Day Return Policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Stitched Items: Sarees with Fall/Pico done, or Blouses stitched to your measurements.
• Discounted Items: Products purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or special promotion.
• Accessories: Jewelry items (for hygiene reasons) or fabric cut from a bolt (less than 2 meters).

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at jayantitextile1@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.
2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (service available for most pincodes).
4. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item. We will reimburse standard courier charges (up to ₹100).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., size issue), please contact us immediately.

6. Handloom Disclaimer

Please note that many of our products are handwoven. Slight irregularities in the weave, motif, or color are characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects. These variations add to the unique charm of handloom textiles.
